Hydrogen regulatory map
Improving hydrogen regulation to facilitate industry development
The Northern Territory Government has reviewed the current regulatory requirements for future hydrogen projects to build a sustainable industry in the Northern Territory.
The Department of Mining and Energy has developed the NT hydrogen projects regulatory map to help hydrogen proponents and users navigate the NT regulatory framework. The map covers potential regulatory touch points for 7 model hydrogen project types that reflect the expected future hydrogen industry applications in the NT.
